I have an old Stetson cowboy hat hanging up in my room. It belonged to my Grandfather, who was raised on a ranch in Wyoming. He grew up herding steers and riding bareback broncos in the 1920s. He went on to college in the middle of the Great Depression and secured an education as an engineer. He chose projects that took him around the globe. His entire family which included his 8 kids, lived in Ethiopia and Thailand. I loved to hear stories from my Grandpa and Dad about the unique adventures they had.

I founded Up and Go Supply Co. with this adventure spirit in mind. The world is big and although I have been to quite a few places in my young life, I know there is so much more to see and experience. I’ve lived in Nicaragua, visited Spain, Costa Rica and have traveled all over the USA as a wildland firefighter. I’ve learned a lot of things on my travels. But two things have truly shaped what this company means to me and what it can mean to my customers.

1. Adventure is always waiting, and being able to pick up and go at the drop of a hat is a gift.


2. Becoming a global citizen is the fastest way to to truly know yourself, learn, grow and have fun in the process.


When you invest in adventure, you invest in memories, you invest in yourself, you invest in what in means to become a citizen of the world and find the commonality in each of us. I’m glad you found your way here. Your next adventure is waiting.
